The Driver Education and Evaluation Program (DEEP) serves as the state’s countermeasure for individuals who have had one or more alcohol- and/or drug-related motor vehicle offense. DEEP’s programs are designed to provide a therapeutic intervention into the cause of the behavior that resulted in the impaired driving offense in order to prevent future offenses.
