association of businesses concerned about the impact of drugs and alcohol in
the workplace. These businesses have joined together to make local workplaces
safe and drug-free, to improve productivity, and enhance the health of local

or being planned in Colorado. Seven drug courts had been operating for more
than 2 years, 3 were recently implemented, and another 7 were being planned at
that time.
